Gayle teaches with kindness and finds genuine joy in helping her students on their journey through yoga. As an ex Radiographer she has a deep understanding of the body. Gayle offers variations throughout her classes, making them accessible to all who are looking to advance their practice. A firm believer in the incredible power of the body, she feels yoga deepens embodied awareness, bringing peace and consciousness to the mind and greater presence to your life on and off the mat.
Having been a student of yoga for over 23 years Gayle has developed a style of yoga which incorporates various aspects of Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin yoga. Gayle has also completed a Pre-Natal yoga teaching course. Gayle is a Yoga Alliance Experienced-Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) and a Continuing Education Provider.
Gayle is qualified Radiographer (Therapeutic) and has studied several aspects of healthcare and education up to Master’s level as well as published research within the field of education.
As an ex university academic Gayle prides herself on understanding student’s needs. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge as a qualified teacher. Yoga is Gayle’s passion and not only does she love to share yoga but she shares the personal journey which she is on.
Gayle has over 2000 hours of yoga teaching experience.
Gayle’s main personal practise developed with the guidance of Nichi Green (Ekhart Yoga), from the lineage of Sri Krishna Pattabhi Jois from Sri Tirumalai Krishnamacharya. As well as intensive studies with David Garrigues and David Swenson.
Gayle has completed a Professional Certificate in the Therapeutic Use of Mindfulness with the Institute of Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Gayle has studied Yoga Nidra with the Himalayan Institute and has recently completed Advanced Yin Yoga Teacher Training.
Gayle is also a committee member of the Yoga Fellowship of Northern Ireland (YFNI).
Graham Keenan (RYT200)

While spending the last 15 years working in the health and fitness industry Graham has a awareness and understanding of physical movement patterns. He combines knowledge of exercise with yoga (Hatha & Ashtanga) for all different types of people including athletes. His practice is ideal for those who want to increase their activity level, increase flexibility in certain areas of the body – tight shoulders, non-specific low back pain or hamstrings at the back of the leg.
Graham is a qualified Personal Trainer and has extensive qualifications including Exercise Referral for medical conditions, UK Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA) coach level 2, nordic walking instructor, nutrition specialist and is a well respected gymnastics coach in the region. Graham also works closely with people with varied ability and ages in health and fitness.
Graham specialises in running popular gymnastic rings courses within the yoga studio.

Both Graham and Gayle completed the 200 hour yoga teacher training programme with Anne-Marie Newland of Sun Power Yoga which is Register of Exercise Professionals accredited and affiliated with Yoga Alliance. Our teachers are also qualified first aiders.
Rachel Hardy (RTY200)
Rachel practised yoga for over 15 years and as a runner understood the benefits of flexibility and strength that yoga offers but it was only when her eldest son was diagnosed with autistic spectrum disorder that she found the many other gifts of yoga. Yoga has helped Rachel to navigate life’s stresses with more ease and find resilience and strength from within. Her children are her greatest teachers and greatest gift.
Rachel is a 200 hr registered yoga teacher and trained at Santosha Yoga under Paddy Hamill and Michael McCann.
She completed her children’s yoga training through Yoga campus in London.
After her son’s diagnosis Rachel trained extensively with Jo Manuel of the Special Yoga Centre in London. Jo is the UK’s leading practitioner and teacher trainer in Yoga Therapy for children with special and additional needs. Her qualifications include ‘Yoga for the Special Child’ training and higher level training for children with developmental challenges specifically Autism and ADHD.
Rachel is fully insured and trained in child protection including access NI registered.
Rachel studied Health Psychology (BSc hons) and is a fully qualified Person Centred Counsellor (Dip Cert). She has worked on a payed and voluntary capacity with children and young people with behavioural challenges as a youth counsellor in the past. She currently works part time as a registered (AGNC) Senior Genetic Counsellor with a particular interest and experience in working with children who have developmental challenges, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, dyspraxia, ADD, ADHD alongside their genetic and medical diagnoses.
